Neil Reed
Broker/CEO

Mr. Neil Reed has been our CEO and a Manager since inception. From May 1998 to the present he has been one of the principals of our affiliate, Realm Properties, LLC, which developed and presently owns and operates the original two Realm Real Estate Offices. He has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas since 1983.

Eric Reed
President

Eric Reed started with REALM Professionals in 2003. Since that time, he has implemented technology that allows our agents to lead the industry in training, tools, and transaction and client management. His previous programming experience allowed him to begin the stepping stones of what is now one of the most advanced realty systems in use today. In June 2007, Eric was recognized in the "Technology Issue" of Real Estate Executive magazine, which chronicled the growth of REALM Professionals robust system. Eric is currently focused on overseeing the operation of the corporate owned companies, as well as assisting with growth of the franchise side or the company.

Anita Reed
CFO & Managing Director

Ms. Anita Reed has been our CFO and a Manager since inception. From May 1998 to the present she has been one of the principals of our affiliate, Realm Properties, LLC, which developed and presently owns and operates the original two Realm Real Estate Offices. She has been a licensed real estate sales person in the state of Texas since 1979.

Lisa Reed
Franchise Director

Lisa Reed has been our Franchise Director since inception in 2006. Since July 2002 she has worked as a technical consultant for Booz Allen and Hamilton, a worldwide technology consulting firm. For the 16 years prior to that she was a Technical Training Lead for United Space Alliance providing support for the Space Shuttle and Space Station programs at NASA. Ms. Reed was a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas from 1984 to 2002.

Ryan A. Missman
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Missman joined REALM Professionals in July, 2007 as Chief Technology Officer. In this new role, Mr. Missman has responsibility for overseeing all IT infrastructure implementations for each local and franchise office location.

Prior to his arrival, Mr. Missman has held primary architecture and management roles of web and data services for a wide range of Fortune 500 companies. Ryan has maintained a constant focus on personal and company improvement and specializes in bringing efficient order to new or rapidly growing business segments.

Joanie Schaatt
National Training Director

Joanie Schaatt has 35 years experience in residential real estate. In addition to listing, selling and consistently achieving Top Producer status, she has managed a real estate office, taught in local real estate schools for over 20 years, coached, mentored and traveled as a trainer for a national franchise real estate company. Joanie is a licensed broker and has professional designations as a Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Buyer’s Representative. She has been on committees for the Houston Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors. At REALM Professionals Joanie brings her experience, knowledge and sense of humor to the job! Her goal is to produce the best, most professional and ethical agents.
